This one is my favourite show. It faced extinction but survived against the odds thanks to a very faithful fanbase and the help of the cast.
The show revolves around the character of Chuck (duh) who was a tech support smart guy who had to leave his studies due to bogus charges.

Chuck's life goes through a life-changing transition when he gets a very special message from his college old friend and betrayer Bryce Larkin. Bryce sends chuck a huge database that gets absorbed into chuck's brain and leaves him as the only working "copy" of that super-computer, after Bryce destroys the original Computer.
As the "Intersect" (that's the name of the super-computer-database of intelligence data) Chuck faces both danger of being found out and exploited, and the challenge of using his knowledge to help his country with various intelligence missions.
Chuck had reached its 3rd season after almost being dropped at the end of Season 2.
Both persistence (of fans and cast) and enlisted funding of "Subway" sandwich company helped the show return for a 3rd (and hopefully not last) season.
There's much to tell about the show's hillarious humor, great writing, cool/nerdy characters and very distinct look. But all I want to say is: GO WATCH IT!
Get all the seasons available, and start from season 1.
